A very safe and secure part of the city , a leafy cul de sac provides a quiet enclave away from the lively centre of Headingley village. Famous old pubs , michellin starred resteraunts as well as boutique independant shops and cafes are all within an easy walk from our home.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire main house and grounds — all three bedrooms, kitchen-diner, lounge, both bathrooms, utility room, the gated double-car driveway, and the walled south-facing back garden including the hot tub. Privacy & layout The main house and The Stargazers' Nest annex are physically attached but operate as two completely independent properties when booked separately: Each has its own private entrance Each has its own kitchen and bathroom The walled back garden and hot tub are gated off for the exclusive use of main house guests The double-car driveway is for main house guests only Annex guests have no access route through the main house The internal door connecting the two properties — located in the main house laundry room — is kept locked at all times; only the hosts hold the keys In practice, you may never cross paths with annex guests during your stay. The two are run this way so each set of guests gets the full sense of a private property to themselves. If you'd like both properties for one connected group, message us before booking and we'll confirm availability across both listings.

Find us

Secure off street parking for 2 vehicles is available on our driveway, parking permits are available on request for any additional. All the things that Headingley has to offer are within ten minutes walk of the property. Headingley train station is an 8 minute walk away which allows easy access to Leeds as well as the historic towns of York, Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales. At the end of our road is a bus stop with regular buses to the centre of the city and beyond.
