A beautiful , light , spacious , designer home within a stone's throw of Headingley stadium as well as the lively restaurants, pubs and shops that this suburb has to offer. On our doorstep are numerous transport links to the city centre and the Yorkshire Dales. The open plan lay out of the house brings the outside in, and brings people together in the social areas of the house and garden. **House can be rented with additional self contained , glass roofed annex and sleep 9 on request **

Detached home on a leafy residential street in a desireable area of the city, has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms as well as the option of renting a self contained annex with additional kitchen and bathroom which is linked to the house but also has a seperate enterence (on request) The downstairs area of the house has a spectacular italian open plan kitchen diner with a central island in light oak that is the social hub of the house. 2 eye level electric ovens a gas hob with 5 burners and 2 fridge freezers and a fitted microwave oven. The kitchen is very well equipped for any of your dining and entertaining requirements This leads through to a comfortable lounge area with high quality sofas for 6 with TV and a wood buring stove for those colder nights. Bi fold doors in both the lounge and the kitchen lead out to our sun trap of a garden with trellises, climbing roses and fruit trees, this area is peaceful and secluded with a patio seating area perfect for enjoying the summer. The ground floor includes a smaller double bedroom with level access to the beautifully tiled master bathroom with large bathtub and a rainfall shower. On this floor we also have a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of storage. Upstairs you will find 2 large double bedrooms of equal size on the top floor of the house with a bathroom and shower inbetween , both rooms have high quality king size beds and are equipped with fitted wardrobes and flat screen television. There is also the option of a foldaway beds for additional guests (on request) A gated driveway at the front provides secure off street parking for 2 cars

Other Details to Note

This is a serviced house with cleaners in twice a week or more if required. Laundry facilities are available on site however should you require dry cleaning or service washing this is available on request. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering however should you desire a private chef at home again this is available on request. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Headingley and plenty of supermarkets and small shops to buy food and self cater.

A very safe and secure part of the city , a leafy cul de sac provides a quiet enclave away from the lively centre of Headingley village. Famous old pubs , michellin starred resteraunts as well as boutique independant shops and cafes are all within an easy walk from our home.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to all areas of the main house as desired. Access to the self contained annex with ceiling windows as well as fully equipped bathroom and kitchen area is available on request. Please see seperate listing for this space.

Amanda’s home is beautiful and cosy place to stay in one of the best parts of Leeds - we could not have been happier with our choice! The kitchen and garden are great environments for relaxing with friends or family.

Had a brilliant time at Amanda’s place. She is absolutely lovely and so helpful both before and during our stay. We were 6 girls staying for a birthday weekend and had drinks and food in Leeds one of the evenings. It was so close to the city centre, so extremely convenient. The house is very large and there was plenty of space for us all! The garden was lovely to sit out in. I would definitely recommend.

Find us

Secure off street parking for 2 vehicles is available on our driveway, parking permits are available on request for any additional. All the things that Headingley has to offer are within ten minutes walk of the property. Headingley train station is an 8 minute walk away which allows easy access to Leeds as well as the historic towns of York, Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales. At the end of our road is a bus stop with regular buses to the centre of the city and beyond.
