Domed glass roof provides floods of natural light and a view of the stars during the night. With full automatic remote controlled window blinds to ensure darkness and a good nights sleep. It’s very private , insulated and totally self contained to provide a true getaway. The front garden comes with patio set and outdoor seating to enjoy in the summer months. The combined bedroom and lounge comes with full double bed with high quality mattress and large corner sofa with chaise longue and flatscreen TV with amazon fire stick for Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, eyeline microwave oven, small fridge and dishwasher as well as belfast sink The stylish bathroom has a large luxurious rainfall shower and mirror light and sink - all towels, shower products and everything you need for a comfortable stay will be provided. A welcome pack containing wine and snacks will be provided along with a parking permit to allow you to park on our quiet street with plenty of parking space.

We had a beautiful stay at Amanda’s. The location was ideal with lots to do around and very accessible with public transport so close. The place had a homely and super cosy feel, the little hamper was a beautiful and welcoming touch. The house was clean, comfortable and facilities were perfect, as described. Thank you so much for hosting, we would recommended highly and would love to stay again!

Amanda and Jake were such beautiful hosts while I had to balance work and family matters. Amanda couldn’t do enough to help me out with adapters, a welcome basket with prosecco and goodies and milk upon arrival. While the accomodation is totally self contained, private and separate from the main house, it gave a sense of comfort to me to know responsive hosts were there if I needed them at any time. Added bonus is the option to have the glass roof blind open and see the stars and planes ✈️ overhead from the comfy spotless bed. Last thing to note is that this accomodation is central to Headingley and the cricket ground but is still peaceful and quiet. It was an outstanding experience. I was a bit sad to pack up and leave!

Amanda was a fantastic host, when we took ill during our stay she really was not only very helpful but was very caring! The sign of a truly great host. The apartment was fabulous too, great facilities and location. Loved the home made cookies.

What a perfect little studio! The kitchen was just right- and the welcome basket was such a nice touch. The place was warm and cozy and the glass roof was so fun! I had a few questions during my stay and Amanda and Jake were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend their place and hope it’s not booked when we return!

Find us

It so easy to get around by public transport and by car. There are also lovely places to walk with nearby parks and the grounds of the university. We have a train station 9 mins walk away with trains to Harrogate and York and other historic cities as well as into the city centre; we have buses 2 mins walk to the top of our road to the shopping heart of the city and to the main station. Motorways and ring roads taking you by car in almost any direction are less than 5 mins away. We are 30mins from the Leeds Bradford Airport.
